ABATTOIR | nouvelle cuisine is a unique, French Canadian, fine dining experience located in Northern Ontario. The menu features ingredients hunted and foraged by season. Guests will enjoy fresh proteins such as venison, wild turkey and rabbit paired with local fruits and vegetables.
The restaurant focuses on a full earth to table experience. All ingredients are sourced within Northern Ontario and prepared into unique dishes by award winning chefs. The restaurant brings the community together, with an open member hunting club, while reducing their carbon footprint.
